Yve Camae Biriaei Najafabadi is the founder of BN Borderless Immigration Services, where she combines her legal expertise and firsthand immigrant experience to guide clients through Canada’s complex immigration landscape. She leverages over 10 years of multidisciplinary experience in law, public policy, and civil service to deliver tailored solutions for individuals and families.

She graduated from Queen’s University with a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law, equipping her with cutting-edge knowledge of immigration law, compliance, and ethical practice. This drive for legal foundation was inspired by her family’s own migration to Canada—an experience that instilled a deep understanding of the challenges newcomers face and drives her commitment to empathetic, client-centered service.

Prior to migrating to Canada, Yve contributed to legislative frameworks as the youngest Journal officer in the Senate, and her written pieces form part and shaped national laws. She was also trained as an Emerging Leader in Congress. Asian Development Bank and the Senate funded her Master’s degree in Public Policy from Japan’s National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS), which opened her world view and instilled a deep appreciation for cross-cultural collaboration—a skill vital for consultants serving diverse clientele in an interconnected world.

Her commitment to empowering others extends beyond policy and law: certified in TESOL through the Arizona State University, and has helped students in Asia and the Middle East hone their English language skills and ace the IELTS/TOEFL. During her spare time, she keeps up to date with innovations in AI and digital currencies to future-proof her entrepreneurial ventures.

With a global perspective, paired with her hands-on entrepreneurial experience and navigating the Canadian immigration system as a newcomer, Yve is dedicated to empowering others, whether immigrants or fellow consultants, through every stage of their journey.
