Soumya Sunil Nair is a dedicated Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB), a member in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), licenced to practice as an Authorised Representative for Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada(IRCC), a member of The Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC) and Commissioner of taking Affidavits/Oaths ( Ontario).

She is the Founder/ Director of the Immigration firm Blue Vervain Immigration Services Inc. based in Toronto, Ontario (in practice since January 2023). Being born and raised in India, Soumya holds a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law from Queen’s University (Canada), a Masters Degree in Tourism Management (Italy) and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration (India). With international work experience of over 15 years in Immigration Consulting, Retail Management, Customer Service, Human Resources, Training, and People Management, and experience working with global brands like Pizza Hut, Baskin Robbins, Vodafone, and Unilever, this mentor brings a unique, diverse perspective to guiding professionals having mentored professionals at different career stages, helping them navigate complex systems, develop essential skills, and achieve their goals. Soumya is Multilinguistic (5 Indian Languages) which she considers is an asset to her professional career to communicate with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

As an RCIC- IRB, Soumya has hands-on experience in client consultations, application processes, legal documentation, navigating immigration law updates and IRCC compliance, researching policies and an ability to building strong relationship with clients, ease of communicating and setting expectations with her clients.
