Continued Access Conditions

To continue access beyond the initial 90 days, the following conditions apply.

1

Initial 90 Days

Your initial access period is 90 days. To continue beyond the initial 90 days, you must provide the College email or official communication confirming that you were unsuccessful in that EPE attempt.

2

Updates

Materials are updated according to the College’s applicable cut-off policy and by EPE examination cohort or batch. They are not continuously revised throughout the year for every policy change outside the applicable examination cycle.

3

Standard Terms Apply

All other general features, terms, limitations, and conditions applicable to the individual materials remain unchanged. The Premium benefit is continued access rather than the regular one-time 90-day access period.

!

Important Notice

This package does not guarantee that you will pass the EPE. If you do not qualify, you will not have to purchase the same Premium Package again simply because your initial 90-day access has expired, provided that you meet the continued-access conditions above.

✓

Refund Policy

The package fee is non-refundable except where ImmiMentor is unable to provide access due to a technical issue on our side.

  • 100% refund if ImmiMentor cannot provide access during your initial 90-day access period.
  • 50% refund if your initial 90-day access was successfully provided but ImmiMentor later cannot provide the promised continued access.
